# Redeem Key & Install 1. You will receive your Midnight license one of three ways: * You will be taken to a page that lists your order immediately after purchase.
 * You will receive an email with your order (often in your spam folder)
 * You can check your orders on the site by visiting the Orders tab 2. Disable [Windows Defender ](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-off-defender-antivirus-protection-in-windows-security-99e6004f-c54c-8509-773c-a4d776b77960)and all other antivirus programs. 3. Create an account on the [Midnight Website ](https://midnight.im/)by pressing Register, then redeem your license from Step 1. 4. Download the Midnight loader and log in with your information from the previous step.
