If you purchased a recovery, you can join the discord server and open a ticket.
⏱️ How long does it normally take to mod an account?
Accounts are usually modded within 30 mins once we get to your order depending on the number of orders we are taking on at once. The maximum time is 24 hours for mod your account completion. If we take longer than 24 hours we guarantee your account will be moved up one package.

🔎 How long will it take to get my menu?
Getting your account is instant. Just head over to gtamodders.com, click on your profile, then click licenses. If your account information is not there or is invalid please join the discord and make a ticket.
📥 Where do I download my mods?
Once you have purchased you can visit the top right profile section, then go to the license key section and get your license key. The download instructions for your purchase will be sent to your email. Or you could also look at these docs for support.
🚫 Is it possible to get banned? [Mod Menus]
99% of mod menu users don't get banned as long as they don't abuse commands like money and trolling.
🔄 When do you restock menus?
The menus we sell are limited and sell out very fast. To know when we restock a certain menu join our discord, that is the place where we are most active.

🪙 Is it possible to get banned? [Pre-Modded, and Recovery]
Even though we only use undetected menus, and are always trying to keep our customers safe there is always a risk involved. We give instructions after the order to try and not flag your account. We have been doing this for over 6 years and although Rockstar has occasionally banned some modded accounts, the chance of being banned is very low thanks to our high-quality service and methods.
